To master the great secrets of tasting the perfect sushi, first he or she must look beyond the delicacy of the rice. For every great sushi master knows that looks can be very deceiving. One cannot soft placeume a restaurant or grocer can serve great sushi just because they say they make sushi. He or she must look upon the place of choice, and ask oneself, 'Is the sushi worthy of the tongue?' He or she must understand that a sushi master must have a keen sense of smell, and that one sniff of sourness is a bad sign of sushi. Every sushi master knows that sushi is best served fresh. For freshness gives tongues the delightfullness of being refreshed, and thus, giving off the sushi to be mouth-watering and full of spices and flavor.
